Washoe, Humboldt, Elko (with the exception of Jackpot, which is in the jurisdiction of Local 689, Eugene, OR), Pershing, Lander, Eureka, Storey, Lyon, Churchill, White Pine, Ormsby, Douglas, Mineral, Nye and Esmeralda.

Also those portions of Inyo, Mono, El Dorado, Placer and Nevada counties in California east of the Sierra Nevada Divide.

Also the town of Wendover in Tooele County, Utah.
